When my husband, an appliance repair tech of 30+ years, had a stroke in October 2023, we had to regroup and try to adapt to our new normal. With Mike being unable to work, and me becoming suddenly unempoyed because I ran the office, I decided to use my knowledge & experience to help small & “lone wolf” appliance repair companies run more efficienty and increase profits.
My expertise ranges from submitting diagnosis to warranty companies, order parts, billing and scheduling, collecting reviews. On a higher technical level, writing blogposts for social media and WordPress website optimization.

Warranty Processing
Extensive experience working with almost all major home warranty companies. I can submit the diagnosis, obtain approval, order parts, and invoice as soon as the job is done. We all know if the job is not invoiced in a certain timeframe, the warranty companies will reduce the payment amount. Don’t lose profits because a job was not billled on time.
Scheduling Jobs
Although I am not an answering service, I can return customer calls, schedule new and return with parts jobs, contact warranty companies to resolve issues, gather needed info from new customers, including model/serial number and malfunction details along with the contact information, then add that info to any scheduling software or database that you use.
Bookkeeping
Experience with Quickbooks and credit card processing. I can send estimates, convert them to inovices when the job is done, reconcile payments received, make collection calls and process payments, collect deposits and service call fees through Quickbooks or any similar bookkeeping or payment software you may use.
Technical
Blog articles for websites, social media postings, google business set up, collecting reviews and posting them on your social media channels. Triage and parts research done by Mike, he can offer his 30+ years of experience in appliance repair.
